Last week-end : sea ! 4 hours bus from Vilnius to Klaipeida.

Last day : walk through dead dunes. The bus driver stopped in the middle of nowhere to let us go out and enjoy the beautiful landscape.






but maybe 5 mn after the bus left, snow !

CRAZY forest (Labanoras)

Two weeks ago : little trip to the forest with printing teacher, former silk-screen printing teacher, girlfriend, 2 french erasmus students and me
this is the place
we were 6 persons and 4 of them were bathing (and drinking vodka)
key words : fire, vodka, synthesizer or mobile phone very loud, barbecue, snow, bathing, eating, drinkink, cutting wood ...

lithuanian TAPESTRY (gobelinas)


today, in textile department, I've been told that now i'm "ready to work" and all those technical exercices are over...


I don't know why but I suddenly answered : "I think I prefer tapestry than weaving". So next work will be on this kind of frame

RIGA je reviendraaa (part 1)

Two weeks ago, we had a longer week-end so we went a little bit further : Riga, Latvia's capitale. A lot of russians, a lot of germans, a lot of frenches.

Die Bremer Stadtmusikanten. German present, maybe because of the past of the town : Riga was a member of the Hanseatic League.

Inhabitant, sells woolen socks, hats and so on. Speaks german with a nice kind of austrian accent "ich habe velschiiiidene glüüüne"

We took advantage of the nice weather :)


and at the very end, just before leaving, guess who we met ? Riga's legend :) If you go there, you'll surely hear about her. She goes from place to place, switches on the music and dances -always the same steps-
